The platform is designed to support schools operating under FERPA by reducing the need for direct student identifiers and applying privacy safeguards to instructional evidence used in PLC workflows.

Schools remain in control of their data. AI-PLC Agent supports authorized educational purposes under the direction of the school or district, uses only the information needed to provide the service, and applies automated PII detection and anonymization when instructional artifacts contain potential identifiers.

Data is protected using secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure and industry-standard safeguards. We do not sell student information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for non-educational purposes. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Ownership

Schools retain ownership and control of their data. Upon request or at the end of service, information is securely deleted or returned.

Incident Response

If a security issue ever occurs, we follow strict notification and response procedures in partnership with the school.
