Educators should avoid uploading unnecessary direct identifiers. The platform also includes automated PII detection and anonymization to help reduce the presence of identifying information in instructional artifacts before analysis.

Information is used solely to:

• Process instructional evidence through structured protocols requested by the educator or organization
• Provide the AI-PLC Agent's analysis and reporting features
• Support professional learning and instructional improvement
• Maintain, secure, and improve the functionality of the service

Customer instructional evidence is used only to provide the requested service and is not used to train generalized or commercial AI models.

We do not use uploaded content for advertising purposes.

We do not sell user data.

Information is shared only:

• With authorized users within the same organization, as directed by the organization
• With service providers necessary to operate the application (such as secure cloud infrastructure), under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Service providers are used only as necessary to operate, secure, and support the application.

The AI-PLC Agent operates as a service provider to schools and districts.

The application is designed to function without requiring direct student identifiers. When schools use the service, AI-PLC Agent supports authorized educational purposes under the direction and control of the school or district. Educators are encouraged to upload anonymized or de-identified instructional evidence whenever possible.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard all data processed by the application.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by contractual or legal obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the application or on our website.
