The AI-PLC Agent is a professional learning and instructional support platform intended for educators, schools, districts, and educational organizations.
The service analyzes instructional materials and student evidence submitted by authorized users and generates AI-assisted insights, reports, and recommendations.
AI-generated outputs support professional decision-making. They do not replace educator judgment.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful and authorized educational purposes
- Submit student or instructional information only when they are authorized to do so
- Provide only the information reasonably needed for the instructional purpose
- Review student matches, Success Criteria, AI-generated findings, feedback, and recommendations before acting on them
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, and organizational policies
The platform includes automated identifier detection and masking before AI analysis, but users remain responsible for appropriate and authorized use of student information.
3. Ownership of Content
Users and their organizations retain their rights in the instructional materials and student evidence they submit.
By using the service, users authorize the platform and the service providers necessary to operate it to process submitted content only as needed to provide the requested functionality, maintain the service, and fulfill applicable contractual obligations.
4. No Educational or Legal Guarantees
The Agent provides AI-assisted analysis based on the evidence and criteria supplied by users.
The service does not guarantee specific instructional outcomes, legal or regulatory compliance determinations, or educational results.
Educators are responsible for reviewing AI-generated findings and deciding whether and how to use them.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or updated as needed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
